1. Raw Materials
1).High-quality raw materials are adopted: imported glass fiber are sourced from well-known overseas listed companies, and raw materials for polyurethane adhesive synthesis are supplied by established domestic listed enterprises. This ensures both timely production and supply, as well as stable product quality. Meanwhile, the formulation of polyurethane adhesive is continuously upgraded and optimized to achieve the best clinical performance.

2).The fabric adopts a special weaving process and advanced heat treatment, resulting in a fabric surface free of warp/weft defects, neat edges, high flatness, small deviations in dimensions and grammage, and suitable elasticity.
3.)Supported by high-quality raw materials, advanced processes and equipment, the company formulated the first domestic product registration standards for polymer bandages and splints in 2001 with reference to the quality standards of 3M (US) for polymer bandages. The standards were reviewed and approved by the State Food and Drug Administration.
After more than 20 years of continuous improvement and upgrading, the product performance has reached the advanced level in the industry.

2、Production equipment and technology
1.) The company is equipped with 24 production lines for bandages and splints, as well as a research and development center integrating industry, university and research and a testing laboratory for bandages and splints.

2).Imported air purification equipment from Switzerland is adopted. All raw and auxiliary materials entering the production line are subject to strict control and treatment, thus ensuring the superior performance of the products.

3).Imported full stainless steel reaction equipment is used. Under constant temperature control, materials are conveyed to the production workshop via pipelines, ensuring that the polyurethane adhesive maintains excellent temperature, viscosity and color during the coating process.
4).Finnish air monitoring equipment is adopted to strictly guarantee the production conditions inside the operation box. The product shelf life can reach more than 3 years, with no adhesive sedimentation and no sticking to packaging bags.

3、Packing

The product packaging bags are made of three-layer composite material (imported aluminum foil, PE, plastic) produced by a listed company. They feature soft texture, excellent oxygen barrier property, high toughness, resistance to high and low temperatures, uniform color, fewer crystal points, good moisture-proof performance and long shelf life.

4、Inspection and Certification

1). All products have passed the screening test for 181 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) conducted by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), with the test report issued by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., which fully proves the absolute safety of the products.
2).Tests on compressive resistance and tearing strength issued by Key Standard Technology (Qingdao) R&D Center have verified that the products meet the 3-year shelf life requirement.
