Orthopedic polymer splint - thermoplastic type

In 2026, we plan to release a plan for polymer product, named “Orthopedic polymer splint - thermoplastic type”. This product was developed based on customer demands, featuring more suitable, more convenient and more stable characteristics.
1.Superior breathability, comfortable to the touch
The base material, made using 3D weaving technology, has a high porosity on its surface, effectively enhancing air circulation and allowing the skin to breathe freely.

2.Lightweight and comfortable to wear
The product's unique three-dimensional structure significantly reduces the weight compared to traditional plaster, metal and injection molding materials, thereby alleviating the burden on patients' limbs. 

3.Malleable materials. Repeated shaping.
It can be shaped according to the shape of the limb. If the shaping effect is not satisfactory, it can be reshaped again after heating.

We have also developed a series of special-shaped plates according to the usage requirements of each part. There are series of wrist and palm splint, ankle and foot splint, and knee ankle foot splint. The pictures are as follows.

he product features a unique 3D three-dimensional structure. Compared with traditional products such as gypsum and polymer laminates, it is lighter in weight. When the shaping effect is not satisfactory, it can be reheated for secondary shaping.

After the product is cured, it can provide high-strength support to meet various fixation requirements. At the same time, it has certain toughness and is unlikely to break. It can be cut and shaped according to different needs.

The product will be exhibited at the Shanghai CMEF exhibition from April 9th to 12th, 2026, as well as the Spring Exhibition of Canton Fair. Interested customers from the medical industry can come to our exhibition to test the samples and place orders.
