Hinge Adjustment Instructions

Blue Button – Temporary Lock

The blue button provides a quick lock at preset angles marked in blue. It's designed for temporary fixation before wearing the brace. You can press it to lock the hinge for easier positioning. If the angle doesn’t fit, simply press the blue button again to adjust. For full fixation after angle adjustment, use it together with the black dial.

Black Dial – Range or Angle Lock

The black dial on the hinge is used to set a specific angle or a range of motion.

To lock the brace at a single angle, adjust both dials to the desired number.

To allow motion within a range (e.g., 0° to 90°), set the flexion dial to 0° and the extension dial to 90°, and keep the blue button unlocked.
